What an outstanding turnout: more than 550 students from all program areas attended our annual Careers and Employment Expo; 200 students attended one of the three workshops respectively facilitated by Rebecca Fraser and WAI’s James Richards and Julie London.
We have had an amazing response from all of you with many visiting our Careers and Employment Service to share your success stories of gaining interviews and/or securing employment from the day. Our Industry feedback has also been positive and our regular exhibitors have seen progress in student preparation and presentation – but there is definitely more work to be done!
“It was very enjoyable. We were with students from 11:30 all the way till close! It was good to see so many students interested in pursuing a career with Crown. We still have quite a few CVs to review – I have also already invited a couple to come in last week for a group interview/skills assessment and I’m hoping to invite more this week.”
