QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE | |
Qualifications | Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, hospitality and/or hotel management combined with intermediate subject matter knowledge, demonstrable experience and developed people manager skills. |
Experience | Approximately 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (Senior Living or Hospitality industry experience preferred). Demonstrated experience in leading a team and networking within the local community. Good knowledge of EH&S issues related to the workplace and safe working practices. Good numeracy skills, sound financial and budgeting skills. Knowledge of management agreements, contracts and property management principles (desired). |
Inherent Requirements | Demonstrated resilience in dealing with challenging circumstances. Highly motivated and able to take initiative Excellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet). Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Full working rights in China and ability to communicate in Chinese. |
