WHO ARE WE?
We are a fast growing F&B group from Singapore delivering authentic yet accessible Mexican cuisine in a casual dining setting. We started in 2013 and have quickly grown to 7 outlets (as of December 2017), with the ambition to expand our reach to 40 outlets across Asia in the next 5 years.
Our aim is to offer authentic cuisine in a fun environment, and the vibrant look and feel of our restaurants reflects this. We are a young company with an entrepreneurial spirit, and approach everything we do with a sense of optimism and enjoyment.
The core management team have strong backgrounds not only in F&B, but marketing, branding, and events, and come from a range of countries, and as such draw a variety of elements into the way we approach running the business.
GOALS
Over the course of the 6 month program, our candidates will undergo deep functional and company training, in addition to operating as day-to-day trainee managers in our restaurants, leading the forefront of our hospitality offering to our customers.
Day to day, as acting store managers, candidates will lead a team of supervisors and service associates, managing all aspects of the hospitality mix to deliver superior customer experience.
In addition to this, in our 6 month leadership fundamentals program, the following training will be given:
- Understand Brand Identity: Who we are as a brand informs how we operate.
- Understanding Leadership Qualities: What makes a great leader.
- Technical Requirements: Understanding our operational systems.
- Effective Communication: How to get the best out of your interactions.
- Resilience: How to problem solve and prioritise in the face of adversity.
- Human Resources: Understanding HR best practice.
- Analytics: Exploring how understanding data can drive business.
- Marketing: How we communicate who we are through digital and traditional methods
