The Scholarship will be awarded by the Centre of Food Trades and Culinary Arts on the recommendation of Ian Curley, Executive Chef, The European and a William Angliss Institute staff member. All decisions of the Scholarship Panel are final.
The successful applicant will travel to the United Kingdom to undertake between three and four weeks of work experience at London's St John Restaurant under the guidance of Owner and Executive, Chef Fergus Henderson, and his team. The Scholarship will fund air travel, accommodation, meals and some basic living expenses.
