IHG will again be opening applications for the I-Grad Future Leaders Program 2016 commencing in February 2016.
About the Program
Our Future Leaders Programme in Australia & New Zealand lasts 18 months. Throughout, you’ll be challenged and stretched as you progress rapidly towards your career goals.
The hotel has multiple phases which will see you work within a different department of operations including Food and Beverage, Rooms Division and an intensive specialisation in an Operational or a Functional role. You’ll work with the front line teams but also progress to take responsibility for operations within each rotation to supervisory level. Each rotation and leadership experience will be preparing you for your career progression post the programme.
In every phase, you’ll have an excellent support network behind you, including a senior leader as your personal coach. The training we provide is second to none and your leadership development starts the day you join us.
What you'll need
To apply for the Future Leaders Programme, you’ll need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s relevant Industry Experience
- Intellectual curiosity
- A willingness to relocate
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
