Last Wednesday 18 March, we kicked off WAI’s 75 Demonstration Series with an unforgettable cooking demonstration featuring Ben Cooper, Group Executive Chef of The Lucas Group (Chin Chin, Kong BBQ, Baby Pizza, Hawker Hall) and Kong chef Dan Briggs.
In addition to a tantalising cooking demonstration (and tasting!) of two signature dishes, Cooper provided an inspiring insight into his personal and professional experiences throughout his career, touching on his influences and motivation for creating a menu that “makes (your) palette dance”.
