More than 1,600 festival fans attended the lunch at a 530 metre-long table in Fitzroy Gardens with the three-course menu designed by star chefs and brought to life by Peter Rowland Catering.

Entrée and main course was designed by award-winning chef Shane Delia (Maha, Melbourne) who brought a fresh and innovative take on Middle Eastern Cuisine to the lunch table, while Adriano Zumbo (Adriano Zumbo, Patissier, Melbourne) created a dessert to remember.

William Angliss Institute has a long-standing relationship with MFWF with students gaining hands-on, valuable experience in this major event.

This real world experience is a wonderful addition to the students’ on-campus simulated training environments.

Congratulations to all the students who had the opportunity to participate!
